At Thazzle, we take pride in crafting high-quality tote bags with sustainability and uniqueness at the core of our business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and returns policy is outlined below.
1. RETURNS & REFUNDS ELIGIBILITY
1.1. Standard (Non-Personalised) Returns
- You may return non-personalised tote bags withinΒ 14 daysΒ of receiving your order.
- Items must beΒ unused, in original condition, and in original packagingΒ to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds will be processed withinΒ 14 daysΒ of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
1.2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalised tote bags (as they are made to order).
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable digital products.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only be eligible for a partial refund.
1.3. Proof of Purchase
To complete a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
2.1. If your tote bag is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2.2. Your Options:
- Within 30 Days of Delivery: You have the right to reject the item and receive a full refund, including return shipping costs.
- After 30 Days: We will offer aΒ repair or replacement. If these options are not possible or fail to resolve the issue, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund.
2.3. Return Shipping Costs for Faulty Items
- If an item is confirmed to be faulty or not as described, Thazzle will cover the return shipping costs.
- Please contactΒ hello@thazzle.co.ukΒ to arrange the return, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your postage costs.
3. EXCHANGES
3.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
3.2. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at hello@thazzle.co.uk, and we will provide return instructions and, in most cases, a return label.
4. GIFTS
4.1. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
4.2. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.
5. SHIPPING RETURNS
5.1. Return Process:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- Shipping costs areΒ non-refundableΒ for standard returns.
- If a refund is issued for a faulty item,Β ThazzleΒ will cover the return shipping costs.
5.2. Delivery Time for Exchanges
- Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- For high-value returns, we recommend usingΒ a trackable shipping serviceΒ orΒ purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
6.1. If you have not received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing delays may occur.
- Contact your bank, as refunds may take a few days to be posted.
